Our primary goal here at SmartHomeschoolTutors is to create effective solutions for Students and Parents facing constantly evolving education challenges. We have set out to help Parents find the right homeschool tutor by creating a top notch tutor matching service.

We are picky about what Tutors we allow into our system and require Tutors to get a background check before being able to contact parents. This helps assure that we truly match up Students with quality and trustworthy Tutors.

Unlike other tutoring companies, we don't charge Parents a higher rate while paying the Tutor a lower rate. Tutors set their own rates and negotiate terms directly with the parent, which results in lower rates for parents and enables tutors to pocket more. Other companies take upwards of 40% of what the Tutor makes, which results in hundreds per month being taken from the Tutors pay and higher rates being charged to parents. Instead, we make a small percentage from background check purchases and also take a small 10% cut from tutor invoices created through our system. Our invoicing system allows tutors to easily create invoices and collect payment from parents. Credit card processing is built right in and part of the 10% we deduct covers the credit card processing fees.
