Izabela W - Homeschool Tutor In Brooklyn NY - Local or Online
On my days off, I love to cycle! I cycle twenty to thirty miles a time after a good meal. I also love to cook and bake! My personal favorite foods are asian cuisine like Pad Thai and Pecan Pie for dessert!
Experience
My experience as a tutor started very young. I was in high school when I began to tutor Spanish after-school to the students who struggled with the language. These students were ninth and tenth graders. After realizing I was pretty good at it and I actually loved it, I decided to get my name out there and try to make it a part time job. During this time, I was also assisting in teaching the Polish language to kindergarteners and first graders on Saturdays. That is the youngest age I taught and I enjoyed it as well. When I tutored privately, my main tutees were third and forth graders and I helped them in all subjects. This included but was not limited to: math, ELA, Spanish. While I worked at medical offices I also tutored part-time but this time, once again for high school students. I helped ninth and tenth graders in general chemistry, physics, and biology.
