Experience
My experience ranges from in-home, private tutoring to staff tutoring with educational services and even years-long faculty positions at independent schools in Los Angeles, California. As a teacher, I am most interested in helping my students to find the joy in learning and finding something of themselves in the literature and poetry they study. I place emphasis on mastery of grammar, diction, sentence construction, as well as reading for information and critical/analytical thinking.
